Platform Role

MapJob is a technology platform that connects job seekers with employers. MapJob is not an employment agency, staffing firm, or recruiter, and does not make hiring decisions on behalf of any employer.

Responsible for Content

The MapJob platform operator is responsible for editorial content on mapjob.io pages (such as this imprint, the Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and similar informational pages). Job listings include both employer-submitted content and aggregated listings from authorized third-party sources (such as USAJobs and JSearch). Employer-submitted listings, employer profiles, and candidate profiles are user-generated content and are the responsibility of the respective users who posted them. Aggregated listings are sourced from third-party APIs and MapJob does not guarantee their accuracy or completeness. All content is subject to our Community Guidelines and Terms of Use.

Third-Party Services

MapJob uses the following key third-party services in the operation of the platform:

  • Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com)
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) — cloud infrastructure, file storage, and email delivery
  • Vercel — hosting and edge delivery
  • Neon — managed PostgreSQL database
  • Meilisearch — full-text search

These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms of service and privacy policies.

EU / International Users

MapJob is primarily targeted at US users and does not currently operate an EU establishment. Users accessing the platform from outside the United States do so of their own accord.
